FLEET CONFIDENCE BOOK

Learn to be a confident fleet manager and ensure you’re running a safe and compliant fleet

Managing vans and drivers is a highly responsible job, one for which you may feel ill-prepared. To illustrate the challenges, we follow van driver Bob and fleet manager Stella through a day that starts like any other, but doesn’t go as planned, as Bob is involved in a serious crash.

If you’re new to managing vans, or maybe you’ve been given vans to manage as part of a wider job role, you’ll find this book invaluable as we look at:

  • What can go wrong and who is responsible
  • Ten key activities you need to focus on
  • How to create a robust ‘driving for work’ policy
  • Important issues such as driver distraction and fatigue
